MISSION: The Church message is one meeting the Church families’ needs as well as the needs of the community. The Church is missionary, Evangelistic, pre-millennial and fundamental. “We’re trying to meet the needs of our Church family’s spiritual through the teaching and preaching of God’s word as well as helping them use their spiritual gifts through different activities and ministry in the church. The church touches upon a variety of missions we have a jeepney ministry for people who need transportation as well our children. The church also ministers to some public schools and some police department in our area “we preach to some very special people. Our outreach program is not limited to local area. “We extend ourselves to the world” This little church helps to support local missionaries. Those are in the area of the Philippines and some areas in East Timor. Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia. We’re planning to start a new mission work in the province of Quezon. I have two men ready to go to the mission field. Temple Bible Baptist Church is a good mix of people from different ages “approximately 85 to 100 worshiper attend services on a Sunday morning, afternoon.
MY PRAYER: My earnest desire is to be more profitable and faithful even in the harder times of service and seek more opportunities to build up more churches to reach more souls’ for Christ. and resources to just enough to sustain the needs of my ministry. I’m praying for one helping hand of whom that could stretch their hands for help for the harvest. Our Church immediate needs, Church Vehicle transportation. We have 6 outreaches in different areas; need to pick them up every Sunday. The Church bldg. needs more expansion to accommodate more people, and sound system for better worship service. Chato and I have four children Our Wedding Anniversary is Jan.6, 1978 My eldest, Chona 24 yrs my second daughter Cherith 22 yrs old and my two younger kids CHURCH AND PASTOR HISTORY:The Church begins in 1997 in a rented bldg. and it was called Temple Bible Baptist Church, it moved to its present location. “We came here in 1998 and built the temporary sanctuary. I pastored the Church for over 7 years, but pastoring wasn’t always part of my life. I was a Catholic fanatic I did all the rituals and beliefs. I never believe in any religion, I believe that the Catholic Church was the only Church that Jesus Christ built. I was a hardcore follower of the Catholic Church. Religion was part of my life; I served as Sacristan during my boyhood. But thanks be to God He changed my belief. It was June 10, 1984 when Pastor Jun Mateos bring as a film “The burning hell” and I was saved and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my saviour. I was, at that time, about 27 years old and still interested in some brooded ambitions, a dream to alleviate our way of life. 1990 when God called me into His Ministry, I gave up everything: my ambitions, my dreams, my job, and my career. I’m a fine arts advertising graduate with a high paying job. I suffered such struggling for many years, my family was really not acquainted a life of looking by faith to God. I haven’t looked back since I began my life of ministry and have served my congregation well by His grace. I have been in the ministry for over 16 years now. Temple BBC is my second church that I’m pastoring.“I’m a bit of an old fashioned preacher we’re old fashioned, fundamental, Bible-believing church. “Sermons are taken from the King James Version of the Bible.When I get behind the pulpit, I am more serious than I am otherwise.
