A Note From Bro. Flores

January 04, 2005

Dear Pastor Cliff Frink & the Church

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

May God bless your church with wider and bigger ministries, especially this new year of service.

By the grace of God, the church here in Sta. Cruz is slowly but surely growing. Many members go out and witness every week. Right now, we hold Evangelism in Pagsanjan and Lumban (nearby towns). One of our fruits in Lumban is Mr. Floro Abadier, a devote member of the Pentecostal church, but unsaved. By prayer and invitation of our member, he attended our church service, and subsequently got saved and baptized. At present, he regularly attends our church services. Also, one of our new members is Mr. Enciong Bandoy. Before, he was a known wager of cockfighting, but after his salvation, he weekly attends our church services.

December 23, one of our old folks passed away. Nanay Yna, as we fondly called her, she is 78 years old, she was found lying unconsciously in the floor by her immediate family. Her passing caused the mourning of our church, but we are happy that she is now in heaven with the Lord.

Our young people, who are composed of College and High School Departments, are actively winning souls. Last December 18, we conducted Evangelistic campaign. On that occasion, many young people were invited and 5 got saved. This year, one of the objectives of our young people is to double their attendance thru soul winning & discipleship. They are now of need of Bibles and Christian reading materials and if your church can help them in any way, we will appreciate it very much.

The church consideration is now also focus in the completion of our Cheerful giving, which shall be used to complete our payment to the property loan in the bank. Lastly, our goal for this year is to double our attendance, thru active involvement of our members in their respective CARE Group and by bringing their prospects to the church, especially on our Church Anniversary which shall be held on March 6, 2005 .

Thank you for your effectual prayer and continuous support, both to me and to my church.
